SHIPPING/RETURNS for LIM x MBJ collab pieces

Once closed, preorders will be shipped in approximately 4-8 weeks.

If you order other MBJ pieces that are not part of the collab collection they will ship all together with your preorder. If you would like to get your non collab MBJ piece before your preorder, please place a separate order. 

Only US shipping is currently provided.

Less is More/Moneh Brisel Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are marked delivered or for additional shipping charges including, but not limited to: incorrect address, return shipping, etc.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

It is our intention to make you jewelry that is well worn and well loved. We are offering the collab pieces on preorder to be intentional about quantities and avoid excess. All pieces are made to order, therefore earrings and necklaces are final sale.  

One ring size exchange is allowed. To exchange your ring email us at hello@lessismoreshop.com/hello@monehbriseljewelry.com within 10 days of receiving your order and include your name, order number, and desired size. After 10 days all sales are final. Since the pieces are made to order please allow an additional 4-8 weeks for your exchange piece to be made.

The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.  Appropriate insurance is recommended for all return packages. Ring must be in unworn condition and sent back with original packaging.
