PREORDERS

We offer preorders to be more mindful in our production. Preorders will ship approximately within 4-6 weeks of order placement. All items within an order will ship together. If you’d like your ready-to-ship pieces sooner, please place a separate order.

Please note Moneh Brisel Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are marked delivered or for additional shipping charges including, but not limited to: incorrect address, return shipping, etc.

Only US shipping is currently provided.

RETURNS

It is our intention to make you jewelry that is well worn and well loved. If you find yourself with a concern, please note all returns must be approved. Email us at hello@monehbriseljewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your name, order number, and style. After 14 days all sales are final. If a return is approved, the piece must be in unworn condition and sent with original packaging. Moneh Brisel Jewelry is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, or for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. Appropriate insurance is recommended for all return packages. 

All custom sized rings, customized lockets, custom pieces, gold pieces, and items listed  "Last Call" , are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges accepted. 

CARE

Brass & Sterling Silver: These metals will develop a natural patina over time. Many embrace this look, however, you can easily restore the shine to your piece by rubbing it with a polishing cloth for a bright smooth finish. 

Alternatively, for brass you can apply a small amount of ketchup to the metal let it sit for a minute, rub with fingers or cloth, then rinse with soap and dry. For sterling silver, you can use this same method but instead make a paste with water and baking soda. If your piece has opal, it is sensitive to water so be cautious to use this method or opt for a polishing cloth. 

To keep your piece looking its best, take care to keep it away from lotions, oils, perfumes, and water. 

Opals & Pearls: Both are very delicate and should be treated with care. Avoid excessive pressure to avoid cracking and scratching. Keep away from water, sweat, heat, products, and prolonged exposure to the sun to avoid any change in color. Store separately in a cool, soft, dry place.

A note on brass rings: The copper in brass rings can react to your ph levels, body sweat, and lotions, causing the area where the ring rests on your finger to turn green. This is harmless and natural. You can apply clear nail polish on the inside to act as a barrier between the metal and your skin. Keep your hands clean, dry, and remove pieces when washing or applying products to keep your ring looking its best. 

The benefit to solid metals is the shine can be restored! 

CUSTOM RING SIZE

We are happy to offer custom ring sizing for all our ring styles. If you would like to place an order for a custom size, please select "Custom" under ring size. Then in your cart under "Special Instructions" add your desired ring size.

These rings are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for your custom sized ring to ship. Additionally, since the ring will be made specially for you, all custom ring sizes are FINAL SALE. If you need help with sizing, don't hesitate to reach out.

GOLD

We are happy to offer our designs in solid 10k and 14k gold. Please note these are made to order and will take 4-6 weeks to ship. All ordered gold pieces are specially made for you and therefore final sale. If you would like a design that does not have gold listed under materials, please send us an email with the design you are interested in and we can get you pricing and help place an order. 

MATERIALS

Brass: A mix of copper, zinc, and tin.

Sterling Silver: All sterling silver jewelry is a mix of 92.5% silver and copper. 

Gold Filled: Gold filled chains have a gold layer that is mechanically bonded to a base metal, usually brass. Although durable, to prolong and peserve the layer of gold it is best to keep you gold filled chains away from products and water. 

Gold: 10k gold and 14k gold.
